Give training records a clearer home.

Scattered records make it harder to see who needs what next. Explore a workspace for agreed training requirements, completion information and reminders that fits your organisation's process.

A record system supports administration; it does not itself establish compliance or professional competence.

Keep the record and its responsibility together

Bring requirements, certificates and renewal dates out of scattered spreadsheets and inboxes. Start with one team or record set, so managers can see what applies, what evidence exists and who maintains it.

What a focused tool could cover

Role-based requirements

Record the agreed training requirements for a role or team, with clear owners for maintaining those requirements.

Records need competent oversight

Workforce skill visibility describes capability and development priorities. A training record shows an activity or certificate. Regulatory compliance involves the requirements, evidence and competent oversight relevant to your organisation.

A training matrix, dashboard or AI assistant does not guarantee compliance or replace that oversight. The people accountable for the requirements must check that the records and process are suitable.

Define the first useful release

Review your current process, records, access needs and existing systems before deciding whether a new tool is needed. Agree a prototype, acceptance criteria and a way to test the records and renewal behaviour.

The proposal sets out information handling, access, practical guidance, handover, running costs and any ongoing maintenance or support. Personal records should be limited to what is needed and made available only to appropriate users.

Common questions

Before organising your records

Is this the same as CapabilityOS?

CapabilityOS is a separate workforce capability product focused on roles, skills and development visibility. A scoped training-record tool addresses requirements, records, renewals and supporting evidence. We start with the decisions you need to make before recommending a route.

Does a completed record prove compliance?

No. A completion record is one piece of evidence. Your organisation remains responsible for the applicable requirements, the quality of its evidence and competent review.

Do we need to replace our existing system?

Not necessarily. An existing learning system, clearer records or a configuration change may meet the requirement. We compare those options before recommending a tailored build.

Find the right next step.

Start with your requirements. Agree the scope, costs and responsibilities before work begins.
